RESPONSIBILITIES

The Research Engineer will be responsible for hands-on and implementation tasks to support the PERFLEXO research project. His/her core responsibilities are:

• Take over from the previous Research Engineer the building of "wrappers" for scientific code into publicly usable packages so that PERFLEXO algorithms can be freely/easily used and tested by the industry and the academic community
• Perform dataset preparation, code execution, performance recording and preliminary technical writing to support the PI's basic research under this project, especially with regards to the ACM TODS submission/revision.

Note: Teacher payment is based on teaching experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in piano performance from a Music Conservatory or Institute.
2. Min. 1 year experience in teaching both young children and adult students.
3. Ability to prepare students for ABRSM exams, concerts, performance classes, and competitions.
4. Preferred availability to work on weekdays (4.00pm - 8.00pm) and weekends (10.00am - 6.00pm).
