Job Description - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to analyse learning needs, define and agree learning outcomes, content requirements, appropriate delivery mechanism, and measurement of learning
- Apply design theory and processes to design, create and build engaging and high quality blended digital learning solutions, including (but not limited to) e-learning courses and templates, video content, animations, e-books, knowledge assessments, intranet resources and other support materials
- Complete SCORM file testing and error resolution of digital resources pre-launch to ensure successful delivery and learner experience
- Utilise multimedia technology and authoring tools to create digital learning solutions, graphic designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
- Write and edit copy for use in audio and video scripts, storyboards, user guides, and a variety of other materials
- Devise engaging assessment tools, such as activities, knowledge checks, certifications, tests, quizzes or polls, to measure the effectiveness of the material/course
- Support the evaluation of learning, including influencing and meeting key measures of success
- Enhance eLearning using CSS, HTML, JQuery, or any other tools/techniques
- Troubleshoot high-level issues during development and deployment in the relevant platform (SCORM, LMS, SharePoint, Stream, etc).

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Digital learning Designer! You will play an instrumental role in developing innovative and engaging content for digital learning experiences. These will include specification of the overall design, together with scripting and storyboarding of the digital learning components, video/audio capture, video/audio editing, job aids, implementation guides, facilitation guides, infographics, case studies, and more.

Qualifications - Professional qualification in related field preferred
- E-learning/Instructional design and/or learning and development related qualifications are desirable
- Strong knowledge and experience of instructional and digital learning design theory and practice (including adaptive and blended learning) with a minimum of 3 years practical experience in content development
- Deep level of understanding of learning models: Adult learning methodologies, including the use of integrative technology
- Knowledge of using Learning Management Systems, their features and procedures
- Knowledge of delivering great and blended digital learning experiences
- Experience in design and delivery of a range of learning solutions
- Experience of project management with examples of a successful end product
- Good technical knowledge of management and leadership theory and practice
- Experience with working/influencing senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills both verbal, non-verbal and written with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills including time management
- Good knowledge and use of Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
