The Ideal Candidate

You will have :

• substantial social work post qualifying experience

• Experience of overseeing, directing and evaluating social work practice, with an awareness of what excellent social work practice looks like.

We are looking for someone to support the Strategic Partner Manager for all branded client devices range, in the day to day running of the Client Business. We're looking for a site support assistant to join the depot at Castlewood.
In this role, you'll support a number of team managers and the senior operations team with every day administrative duties. No day will be the same as you help your colleagues with meeting and room bookings, minute taking and the organisation of the post. We'll also look for you to help out on reception, meeting and greeting visitors and making sure that every external visitor that enters our depot has a warm welcome.

What you'll do:
- manage and organise meetings, including room booking and diarising invites
- take minutes and prepare information for meetings
- meet and greet visitors to the depot, provide swipe card access and talk through directions and health and safety information
- support site leadership team with admin activity
- order uniforms for staff
- raise and receipt purchase orders, using Coupa
