Role:Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for the ongoing field supervision of domiciliary and continuing healthcare support workers and will ensure that patient or service user requirements are met whilst maintaining compliance of care and nursing standards in accordance with AHG and Local Authority policies and procedures.

You will be required to provide day-to-day support to the Operational Network, assisting with the assessment, set up and review of health and social care packages, and you will be required to ensure that a skilled workforce is in place and they are able to deliver safe quality care to all clients.

As the Field Care Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that the client receives the appropriate care package and that continuity of care is a priority.

Providing telephone support to clients and care staff and where necessary, to work as a “hands on” carer in setting up the packages in the initial few weeks.

To assist the Branch Manager in auditing the standard of service delivery to clients.

Assist the Branch with Care Workers interviews & compliance

Assist with Risk Management training to all existing Care Workers

Complete the Risk Assessments and care plans of all domiciliary packages as well as the Non Case Managed & Level 1 Continuing Healthcare packages

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally possess a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

You must demonstrate commitment to working within a team and have a flexible approach to working hours and practices.

This role will involve an element of on-call duties.

2. Monitoring quality and accuracy of data received from Managers and other ESR Users, identifying and resolving any queries.

3. Provide specialist ESR system advice to user across the trust at all levels


4. Provide support to ESR Employee Self Service users, including issuing usernames and passwords and assistance with initial access and navigation of the screens via email and user helpline. This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Assistance to users requires a high level of patience and accuracy of explanation


5. Provide support to managers and ESR Supervisor Self Service users including how to gain access and navigation of the screen via the user helpline.

Due to increasing demand, we are seeking a Nurture Support Teacher to join our committed and professional staff team. Our students often work at age-related expectations in terms of the curriculum, but need considerable support to develop their resilience, social skills and self-esteem. Our teachers have considerable autonomy, planning a relevant and engaging curriculum for a group of up to 6 students, using their individual specialist interests and skills. Frequent off-site learning opportunities and outdoor activities are encouraged to broaden students’ horizons and make learning real and relevant. Teachers also plan and supervise social time, creating a safe and homely atmosphere, where students learn essential social skills. There is a generous allocation of PPA and meeting time, high quality CPD and supervision support, in recognition that we need to fully invest in our staff so that they can transform our students’ experience of education. • Working with a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll be helping us with complaints related activities
• You’ll be investigating queries, supporting business processes and procedures, and understanding the needs of our customers and the business

• There will be an 8 week training period in which you’ll be expected to attend the office twice a week during this time. After the 8 week period you’ll then be in the office twice a month but this is subject to change depending on business needs

What you'll do

Joining a specialist Complaints team, you’ll be working together to deliver the most successful outcomes for the business and our customers. You’ll respond to customer queries and process, authorise and investigate transactions, while accurately collecting all the information needed to do this on time and to a high standard.

As you continue to develop in your role, you’ll support with process training and knowledge sharing across your team, working together towards success.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Accurately investigating your queries, raising with relevant parties, and escalating where needed
• Making sure processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
• Participating in initiatives that help improve our customer service, processes and procedures
• Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to help identify trends and training needs

The skills you'll need

You’ll already have knowledge and experience of working with complaints processes and procedures, alongside an awareness of up to date trends, policies and regulations. You’ll also be able to work accurately, to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail.

We’ll also be looking for you to demonstrate:

• An understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
• Knowledge of our products, processes and banking systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
