As a Senior IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and value-driven support for digital products and services that are used by millions of people and around 100,000 DWP colleagues.

Your role is all about making that service levels meet agreed targets, managing end to end service performance, and overseeing contracts with third party suppliers.

• The incumbent facilitates major initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on asset valuation and program tools for the management of the National Capital Region’s real estate portfolio. Takes the lead role to ensure the development and execution of targeted program strategies. Key purpose of the role is to undertake all fire safety management duties, manage the FRA remedial works programme, act as the lead for property fires, liaise with GMFRS for and to work with the Building Safety Manager
