A Junior Designer is responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents.

A Junior Designer can contribute to all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. They modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or enhance design quality. Additionally, they research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.

They report to the Design Project Manager or Senior Designer on tasks and deliverables and work directly with them to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion—on time, on/under budget, and meeting the company’s quality standards.

Schematic Design

3D Artist Impression Drawings / Mood Boards / Design Planning

1.  Knows 3D Max & Vray standards and applies them.

Looking for a art director to manage a creative initiative from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces for Chinese collateral materials

· Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and other creative staff

· Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and vendors in China

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating duties as necessary

· Knowledge of print and digital communications is a must. This person should know the ins and outs of the latest marketing and creative trends, identifying where the company or clients can implement new initiatives.
