Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to end user and merchant over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product;  
• Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned products;  
• Ensure targets (customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity) are met;  
• Obtain customer and merchant details to ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into database for transaction;  
• Actively promote and educate customers and merchant on the use of self-help and our digital services;  
• Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers and merchant with salesperson or small medium enterprise when required;  
• Ensure first call resolution and effective follow up with stakeholder for case closure in accordance to standard;  
• Collect and record customer and merchant feedback/information and share to Team Leader for proper escalation to appropriate departments for service / product improvement;  
• To assist Team Leaders and Supervisors in executing activities as planned in business and action plan;  
• To handle interaction in a professional manner and achieves quality standard and work with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Quality Assurance Executives on the strategy to improve quality standard that lead to excellent customer service; and  
• Able to diagnose technical problems and perform troubleshooting for end user and merchant.  

Requirements:  

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent;  
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in call centre environment (Preferably in ecommerce sector and banking industry);  
• Moderate or Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other additional languages such as Malay, Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage;  
• Able to work under pressure;  
• Ability to work with cross-functional team to coordinate for desired output;  
• Excellent phone disposition;  
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;  
• Passionate towards customer satisfaction;  
• Able to work on shift; and  
• Able to response customer with written communications, interact with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, create awareness and maintain company’s reputation for high-quality service.

About the Role:

• Driving software quality and efficiency within our organization
• Designing test strategies, leading testing teams, and implementing best practices to enhance overall software quality.

What You'll Do:

Test Case Execution:  

• Execute test cases based on project requirements and test plans.  
• Follow pre-designed test cases or develop own cases to test various functionalities of the bank’s digital mobile platform and other solutions.  
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality.  
• Document test results and report defects to the development team. 
• Assist in setting up and maintaining testing environments and testing automation tools by administering configuration and troubleshooting tasks.  

Defect Tracking and Reporting:  

• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems.  
• Provide detailed defect reports to assist developers in understanding and resolving issues. Communicate bugs clearly and concisely, providing detailed information for easy understanding and resolution.  
• Collaborate with the team to verify bug fixes and ensure the closure of reported issues. 

Regression and Performance Testing:  

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new software changes do not adversely affect existing functionality, and performance testing to ensure the solution platform is able to withstand high workloads  
• Develop and maintain regression/performance test suites for different software applications.  

Test Documentation:  

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.  
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of test plans and test strategies.  
• Update test cases status, log testing efforts and maintain testing artefacts  

Collaboration:  

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, testing providers, system integrators and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. 
•  Analyze and clarify testing requirements with project managers, product team and engineers  
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress, challenges, and potential improvements.  
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns. 

 Automation Support:  

• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts. Collaborate with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation.  
• Adherence to Quality Standards:  
• Ensure adherence to established quality standards and processes.  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. 

What We're Seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or a related field preferred; or with equivalent work experience together with professional certifications.  
• Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a software testing team, with some experience related to end-to-end testing for large scale and major technology projects. Experienced in test planning, test design, and test execution. 
•  Experienced in both manual and automated testing. Familiar with testing standards, tools, processes, and frameworks in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and with at least one programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy) for test automation. 
•  A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to high quality.  
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration tools.  
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Good domain knowledge of digital banking front-end or core banking applications. 
• Experience in managing testing on Digital platforms will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Execute end-to-end Treasury settlement workflows (validation, confirmation, releasing payment instructions):  
• Confirmation of deals against counterparties, including reviewing and matching of confirmations and resolution of trade discrepancies 
• Timely release of instructions for pre-matching and to ensure accurate trade settlement 
• Manual security and payment instructions preparation when required 
• Post trade functions and events such as fails management, corporate action events, and derivative trade reporting 
• Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues 
• Develop SOPs (including training materials) with key stakeholders 
• Participate in testing and support the implementation of the treasury system 
• Propose and process system enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency 
• Adhere to processing KPIs, SLAs and be compliant with internal controls and external regulations 
• Troubleshoot trade queries and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner 
• Assist provide guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members 
• To keep up to date with Treasury Products 
• Assist and participate in Internal and External audit reviews. 

Requirements 

• >5 years in Treasury operations; strong knowledge across desks (FXMM, FI, Equities) will be an asset  
• Knowledge of RENTAS, SWIFT will be an advantage 
• Strong risk compliance mindset 
• Strong analytical, communication, and process development skills 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
