Job Scope:

a. Perform soldering of PCBA with microscope;

b. Assist in SMT basic setup (OJT to be provided) e.g., Kitting Process, Tape and Reel Feeder loading, In-Process Checks; and

c. Cleanroom working environment, with donning of ESD apparels such as smock, shoes, hairnet, mask.

Requirements:

a. Basic manual soldering experience, with understanding of electronic and PCB Board, soldering processes;

b. Education level N level and above; and

c. Able to converse and understand assembly instructions written in English.

Training:

a. Training will be provided for successful candidates to perform his/her job scope.

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

As a Regional Total Rewards Leader for South East Asia and Oceania (SEAO), the role is responsible for developing and managing our SEAO Total Rewards Strategies to attract, engage, and retain our employees whilst optimizing labor costs. The incumbent will need to work in close partnership with Country Total Rewards leaders across the region and will report to the Senior Director, of People Functions.

Job Description

· Strong stakeholder management and act as a trusted advisor and partner on Total Rewards Strategy

· Review, analyze, design, and enhance existing compensation and benefits policies and incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction and drive business needs

· Responsible for leading the regional-wide annual merit increment, promotion, and bi-annual retention incentive plan exercises in a timely and efficient manner for all subsidiaries

· Participate in Total Rewards benchmarking surveys and monitor market trends; evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs and policies

· Ensure C&B policies and practices are legally compliant across the region and in line with business strategy and aims

· Propose compensation and benefits packages that are aligned with the Company’s policy and guidelines and yet competitive to the market/industry

· Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and internal equity, work on leveraging an ideal variable pay platform and pay mix

· Identify and recommend solutions and improvements to the current compensation and benefits workflow and participate in C&B continuous improvement projects

· Be responsible for rolling out Total Rewards Programs within the region, and ensure their effectiveness

Qualifications

· Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 12 years in an HR role; of which 6 years in a regional capacity

· Good understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals and familiarity with market dynamics and developments through market intelligence and networking

· Maintain a working knowledge of legislation to influence programs and ensure compliance with the regulations and law

· Hands-on team player with strong analytical and communication skills

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in HRIS related to C&B

· Intermediate levels in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community
• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.
• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system
• Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
