The ADNI for RC&E is seeking officers with the right skills and experience to perform the following:

Serve as lead analyst of technology issues for IC Net Assessments responsible for leading comparative assessments of the nature and character of future intelligence competitions and collaborating with counterintelligence components within the IC.

Provide guidance to teams of senior-level analysts and contractors conducting strategic forecasting, technical analysis, and comparative assessments in support of strategic intelligence net assessments.

Develop and conduct analytic methodologies like simulation, modeling, scenario planning, and war games to assess prospective intelligence net assessments.

Develop, utilize, and refine a full range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and significant analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products.

Prepare expert findings, reports, briefing papers, and other communication vehicles to present net assessment findings, along with options and strategic considerations, to senior IC leadership.

Engage IC stakeholders on IC strategic priorities, capabilities, needs and gaps and cross-IC interdependencies.

Recognize, value, build, and leverage diverse collaborative networks with the ODNI and across the IC.

Engage outside experts on emerging trends and future issues of relevance to future intelligence capabilities.

Foster and drive a culture of strategic thinking and innovation across the IC and the ODNI.

Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other public forums to foster and cultivate strategic alliances with other IC components.

Conceive, cultivate, develop, and sustain professional networks across the IC and in operational and analytic communities.

Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills in working with individuals at the highest levels of the IC and government in justifying, defending, and resolving significant and controversial issues.

• You will serve as an Audit Liaison to the Fleet Cyber command enterprise's subordinate commands, field activities, and forward elements.
• You will provide expert technical advice and guidance to the Commander, Deputy Commander, and Senior Staff on inspections and investigations as the Inspector General.
• You will direct workflow and priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of the Inspector General Office's mission by mitigating risk and optimizing enterprise readiness through professional Inspector General products and services.
• You will supervise the Inspector General staff and perform technical, administrative, and management tasks and provide provide justification, direction, and allocation of resources (people, budget, material).
• You will develop the objectives, policy, and guidance for and maintain oversight of the command’s Inspection Program.

• The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Apply extensive knowledge of multi-disciplined security principles, methods, and techniques to develop plans and procedures for the effective review of existing technology protection programs
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to staff across ARTPC, for topics surrounding multi discipline security and acquisition programs.
• Execute organizational goals and objectives, and recommend modifications to develop new methods, criteria, or proposed new policies in support of Army wide program protection.

As a Reactor Operations Engineer or Scientist, you will ensure that the NRC's oversight of power reactors is effective, accurate, and credible through the inspection program and policy development, coordination, implementation, assessment, and enhancement. Activities include reviewing and assisting in the development of oversight processes, policy, and guidance; evaluating the implementation of the Reactor Oversight Process at headquarters and the regional offices, and obtaining feedback on the impact of NRC activities. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in activities related to the management of the Reactor Oversight Process, with an emphasis on improving knowledge of key safety and risk aspects related to inspections and assessment activities.
• Provide project management support of assessment activities, to include compiling information from program leads to report on program effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of inspection procedures and related program guidance for NRC inspections of nuclear power facilities.
• Identify and promptly communicate concerns about reactor safety and regulatory burden as they become known.
• Provide input to public and Congressional inquiries regarding assigned areas of responsibility and NRC activities.
• Participate in public meetings and discussions, and contribute to technical briefings to NRC management.
• Provide headquarters support for regional inspections, notifying supervisor of any reactor safety concerns.
• Participate in task forces to develop new (or changed) concepts related to the reactor inspection program.
• Provide input to estimates of resources that are needed to perform all elements of the assigned program, whether established or under development.

• Serves as human capital strategist and senior level member of the Headquarters workforce reporting to the Director of Human Resources Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N).

• Develops, manages, and implements coaching and mentoring program objectives aimed at increasing skills and competencies.
