Salary £26,164 to £29,000 pa depending on skills and experience and great benefits including Health Cash Plan plus on-call shift payment of £14.30 per session

Join us as our Client Services Manager and lead our Weston team to deliver person centred housing related support and make it a Great Place to Work for our colleagues! You’ll manage our service which house's young people leaving care and experiencing homelessness. You’ll based at our Young Peoples service in Weston Super Mare.
As this is a 24-hour young people’s service Ofsted registered service (accommodating 8 young people), an understanding of the new regulations would be helpful but training can be given. A passion for working with children leaving care and understanding their needs is desirable.
Typical day as a Client Service Manager
- Leading our team of support workers and coordinators, you’ll help us deliver our person centred, efficient, quality housing support services to our customers aligned to our contracts
- You’ll coach your team and manage individual and team performance
- You’ll be a Safeguarding lead for the team, and oversee the health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded
- You’ll promote the service, ensuring that it’s visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community
- You’ll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering customers and colleagues alike

You have
- Great people skills, ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life
- The confidence to challenge behaviours that are not aligned to our values, and the ability to advocate for your customers
- Ideally, you’ll have experience of leading a team, and have the knack for empowering and developing others
- Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
- A vehicle is not essential for this role but if you have one and do need to use it to get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

Job details
- Flexible working hours as this is a 24-hour service, and the role will require you to work on a rota. This will be mainly Mon to Fri but there may be occasion when a weekend shift may be required.
- Able to use technology.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
