What you will be doing

The Hold Point Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating with the commissioning and Pre-Operations teams, ensuring that hold points are released efficiently and meet the required quality standards to enable construction progress. With this, your responsibilities include:


- Drive the timely delivery of defined hold points, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the business to secure necessary evidence, influencing senior-level stakeholders and peers outside direct authority.
- Assess and challenge evidence across various topics, providing constructive feedback on its adequacy.

Who you are

What you’ll be doing
You will provide clear leadership and coordination for all activities involved in the full life cycle delivery of assigned major contracts. What you will be doing

You'll collaborate with the Senior Construction Logistics Manager and Senior Logistics Operations Manager to develop a feasible logistics plan that addresses capacity constraints. Working with the Head of Logistics, you'll recommend a long-term logistics baseline and manage the Logistics Capacity leads to ensure accurate data inputs into the plan. You'll also partner with functional data owners to maintain data accuracy and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners. What you will be doing

The Opportunity

As the Non-Conformance (NC) Manager, you will oversee the effectiveness of NC processes for the HPC project, including Internal, Manufacturing, and Site operations. You’ll ensure the successful deployment of processes, procedures, guidance, and tools, while leading a team of NCR Expeditors to drive progress through the NC Management tool.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with the NCR management team to develop and deploy tools and processes for non-conformance resolution across the HPC project. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effectiveness of NCR processes across manufacturing, site, and internal operations, and maintaining alignment between these areas.

You’ll oversee a team of NCR Facilitators, monitor non-conformance resolutions, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, escalating issues as needed.

Additionally, you’ll provide reporting and trend analysis to key stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of NCR management practices across the project.


Who you are

You will have experience in project delivery, ideally within the nuclear power sector, with a focus on quality management across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning.

You’ll need a strong understanding of quality assurance and control best practices, as well as the ability to influence and advocate for practical solutions while remaining open to new ideas.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing presentations, interfacing with project teams, supply chain, and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be a proactive team player and able to work independently, influencing project outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Scheme Manager on a temporary basis on behalf of a well-established housing association in Merseyside.

You will be based at one of their Extra Care Schemes, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housing management, as well as line management responsibility of an on-site Coordinator and Administrator.

Your new role

• Full responsibility of operational management and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs & preferences of residents.
• Lettings, allocations, viewings, sign-ups and inductions with new residents
• Facilitating monthly meetings with residents and annual service charge meetings
• Manage breaches of tenancies and incidents on site relating to neighbour nuisance or low level anti-social behaviour
• Dealing with low level complaints and general queries
• Assisting with logging repairs and chasing existing requests
• Routine health & safety compliance checks and risk assessments
• Providing reports on performance, outcomes and ensuring detailed records are maintained

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in the social housing sector, with older and/or vulnerable people within a housing environment
• Good knowledge and understanding of housing/tenancy management principles and relevant legislation
• Experience of allocations, lettings, completing assessments & support plans, managing caseloads and multi-agency working
• Experience of crisis management and risk minimisation
• Knowledge and understanding of welfare benefits system with the ability to provide budgeting advice
