• You will be responsible for overall management, direction/control of the acquisition, development, integration, testing, production, and life cycle support of major platforms, weapons systems, and related systems.

As the Senior Financial Analyst (Team Leader) in the Financial Management Branch, responsibilities include managing the activities of the development and execution of the IT/IM budget request.

This includes, but is not limited to, directing, supervising, and coordinating a 4–5-person team of specialists in the formulation and execution of the agency's Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) budget, monitoring the Agency's IT/IM resources, and supporting the corresponding team within the Financial Management Branch.  

In particular, the Senior Financial Analyst (Team Leader) is responsible for:

• Leading and managing the governance, formulation, and execution of the agency's IT/IM budget. The budget years include Prior Year, Budget Year, and Budget Year +1.
• Working with headquarters and regional offices to identify the resources required to support IT/IM activities for formulation and execution, including coordination with all stakeholder offices in formulating, prioritizing, and documenting emergent needs, fact-of- life changes, shortfall requests, and passback changes.
• Overseeing the agency's IT/IM micro-purchases and IT purchase card data maintenance, as well as managing Purchase Card Holders to ensure purchases of IT goods and services for official Government business are in accordance with agency policy and procedures.

Such duties include but are not limited to:

1. Managing the operation and maintenance of agency's ERP core ledger system that include but
not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fee Billing, Project Cost Accounting, General
Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

2. Coordinate, prioritize and monitor of agency's ERP core ledger system's configuration and
change requests.

The incumbent will serve as a Senior Project Manager and technical authority responsible for the most complex facility projects that involve significant budget and complex logistical challenges. Assignments involve leading and managing projects of agency-wide scope and importance. The incumbent serves as a recognized authority on facility projects by top level management officials within and outside the agency. Assignments involve collaboration with staff in the Office of Administration, those affected by the facility project(s), the General Services Administration, and other external entities to ensure that all project technical and schedule requirements are captured and accounted for in project planning.
