Job Overview: The Golden Rise is looking for a talented and driven Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Corporate Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to attract, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for various corporate positions. This is a hybrid position, combining remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media platforms, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and determine their suitability for each role.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, post job openings, and manage the hiring process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
