As an Infrastructure Worker:

you're a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
you will sometimes be required to work away from home for periods, with all accommodation and meal expenses paid
you must pass the medical assessment (see page 18 for more details)
you will frequently undertake heavy manual work in an operating rail environment
you will cut rail, weld rail, drive heavy vehicles, complete manual tasks such as digging ballast, laying sleepers and fastening rail
you will sometimes undertake intensive work in confined areas
you will sometimes work from heights
you are resilient and can adapt to changing environments and situations
you are committed to continuous improvement and ongoing learning and development
