The Role

The Campaigns Manager will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform. 

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives: 

Roles and responsibilities: 

-        Strategise , create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

-        Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns

-        Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them

-        Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget

-        Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement through learnings and analysis 

-        Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell

-        Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins

-        Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment

-        Responsible for timely billing of clients

-        Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities. 

-        Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

Expectations:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies

Responsibilities

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.
• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them.
• Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns.
• Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget.
• Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement.
• Understand our target audiences’ behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell.
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins.
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment.
• Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities.
• Responsible for timely billing of clients.
• Be the subject matter expert for omnichannel lead generation campaigns, advising on best practice, feasibility, pricing/CPL, as well as timeline and budget needed for new campaigns/clients.

Detailed strategic planning and tactical execution on how the Supermom’s B2B brand will be developed and shaped up in SEA is expected in this role, which includes all B2B marketing strategy which incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing planning and communications including managing marketing budget, developing right channel mix, digital channels, developing events sponsorships, creating marketing collateral and public relations.

The ideal candidate will excel at optimizing customer journeys, crafting engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns, and driving data-driven content strategies. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, you will lead event development, both online and offline, and champion public relations efforts to elevate our brand. Working closely with sales teams, you will create sales enablement resources that align with our brand's voice, values, and objectives, fueling growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Optimize the B2B customer journey by identifying friction points and conversion gaps, and create scalable, innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing messages, positioning, and assets that align with brand voice, values, and objectives. Work closely with sales teams to develop a sales playbook, incorporating aligned strategies and sales enablement resources.
2. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing communications strategies and campaigns (including advertising, PR, events, email marketing, association/channel partnerships and social media) to achieve business objectives. Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, while monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
3. Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize content for various channels (website, blog, social media, email, video), while monitoring performance metrics and exploring new formats and technologies to enhance engagement and lead generation. Identify and leverage new channels and technologies to improve the effectiveness of marketing communications strategies.
4. Plan and manage event development for both offline and online events, including concept creation, budgeting, logistics, promotion, and execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
5. Develop and execute public relations strategies to build and maintain a strong brand image, foster positive media coverage, and manage press relations. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in people management
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Proven experience in managing CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing
• Working knowledge of Hubspot and GA4
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
• Agile when solving a range of implementation or operational issues
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English
