Essential Dutie and Responsibilities:

1. To calibrate mechanical equipment, measuring instruments, electrical & electronic equipments, dosimeters, jigs & fixtures.

2. To liaise with external calibration service suppliers on calibration requirements & support.

3. To update and maintain calibration information or data in computer system and to perform PM Monitoring and Dew Point Testing.

4. To coordinate with other departments on calibration schedule so as to ensure that all relevant equipment are calibrated on a timely manner.

5. To assist Calibration Supervisor on calibration issue and preparation or revision of calibration SOPs.

6. Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Qualifications/ Education:

· Diploma or NITEC (NTC/ ITC) in any discipline

· Minimum “O” level qualification or equivalent or Certified Quality Technician

Skill Set and/or Experience:

· NITEC (NTC / ITC) with at least 5 years / Fresh Diploma

· NITEC (NTC/ ITC) with at least 8 years/ Diploma + 2 years

· Computer knowledge and blue print reading

· Good Interpersonal and communication skill

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handling of materials for production manually or using aids like PIT (e.g.: forklift, power truck, and etc) and top up of material and packing of parts.
2. Perform as a relief Operator for a short duration as and when required.
3. Cleaning of equipment - conveyor belts, air nozzles, filter etc and remove/ change materials during code change when required.
4. Filling up report/ labels - recording of components numbers, batch numbers, discarding and recording of scrap.
5. Responsible to comply with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain good inventory control by ensuring all inventory transactions are transacted accurately and updated at all times.
7. Perform regular inventory counts, such as monthly cycle count, and annual physical count.

Qualifications/ Education:

• Primary/ Sec 2/ Sec 4 or equivalent

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Primary education with experience
• Simple mathematics - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Language proficiency: English
• PC knowledge
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred
