Responsbilities

Ensure the integrity, scalability, and security of the global platform, while driving its evolution to meet the growing needs of both Group IT and the business aligned with Symrise's digital and corporate strategies.

In this interdisciplinary role at the interface to the business, you will – in addition to day-to-day operational tasks – evaluate new integrated features to provide recommendations to senior IT stakeholders that further evolve the platform. Your role will be embedded within the organization to ensure strategic alignment, provide technical expertise, and facilitate seamless collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners and vendors.

• Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of the platform, including interfaces with other IS components or client/server APIs with on-prem/cloud solutions, such as LDAP, SAP or legacy applications
• Overall responsible for application security and platform related audits
• Drive the continuous improvement of processes and/or technology, considering technical debt and prioritizing occurring incidents or problems
• Manage projects for regular platform upgrades and features implementation (configuration, scripting, reporting) as well as troubleshooting in close collaboration with the platform owner and relevant stakeholders
• Define and foster the adoption of best practices in architecture, methodology, coding, testing and development operations among relevant stakeholders
• Ensure internal platform maintenance across its entire lifecycle (development, maintenance, support) and work with external partners as appropriate

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification in a related field
• ServiceNow Administrator or Developer Certification; Technical Architect Certification is advantageous
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, design, and development
• Familiarity with IT service management principles, processes, and best practices
• Proven knowledge of Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels of the organization

Sr. Warehouse Coordinator

As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform warehouse related activities including loading and unloading of materials, sampling of incoming materials, inspection and verification of goods from suppliers and production, issuance of raw materials to production, inventory record maintenance and orders preparation for shipment. You will be required to attend to internal and external audits and report directly to Warehouse Manager, Scent & Care.

The Position:

• Transfer raw materials from warehouse to production floor to support and meet daily production schedules upon receiving requests.
• Inspection and verification of raw materials received from suppliers in alignment with goods receipt in SAP system.
• Perform sampling of materials for further verification.
• Label and transfer finished goods in preparation for shipment.
• All work activities to be carried out in the warehouse must conform to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Unload, inspect, verify and repalletize pallets of materials and put away to designated area for proper storage.
• Participate in inventory cycle count and stock take
• Compliance to corporate management systems, Symrise workplace safety and health management system and local regulations
• Involve in internal and external audits

Responsbilities

• Manage multiples Fine Fragrance briefs from the collection
• Collaborate with our perfumer community to develop new candidates
• Develop and maintain our Fine Fragrance SEA library
• Do regular face-to-face meetings with customers in the region, to support the fragrance selection
• Build olfactive rational to fit customer’s brief and marketing concept
• Organize weekly smelling session to evaluate new global/regional Fine Fragrance products
• Raise application sample order for internal evaluation and external shipments

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in perfume creation & management (ESP, ISIPCA, FESAPCA)
• With a previous experience in Fine Fragrance evaluation department

• Strong olfactive knowledges (raw materials and archetypes)

The Position:

• Support supply chain projects, and business contingency projects; duties include planning and execution of lab trials
• Responsible for managing inventory and keeping sufficient stock of raw materials, ingredients, lab consumables and packaging materials across the natural center
• Ensure lab equipment are calibrated, maintained and in operational status
• Maintain lab equipment including liaison with suppliers and internal departments for repair and servicing
• Assist team in preparation of sensory validations, and general lab work
• Assist with disposal of waste materials, chemicals and raw materials safely according to internal EHS guidelines
• Assist with collection of parcels, packing & arrangement of samples for despatch
• Assist in basic testing of products, e.g. pH, brix etc

Customer Service Executive, SEAO & Export Markets (1-Year Contract)

The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by internal and external customers from SEAO & Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

You will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery process from identifying customer needs, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers. This role reports directly to Customer Service Lead / Manager for SEA & Export Markets, based in Singapore.

The Position:

• Responsible to ensure effective and accurate processing / releasing all sales orders to enter timely in systems and orders to meet delivery as per First Confirmation Date given by customers
• Perform order validations with high level of accuracy and consistent with the terms and conditions on customer’s purchase orders.
• Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department on handling complaints, customer master information record (CMIR), credit block issues, shipping discrepancies, reverse logistics/returns.
• Prioritization and tracking of customer’s orders in system, review and escalation risk and opportunities to the supply planning team during the Monthly S&OP and ASF meetings
• Ensure on-time delivery, customer complaint and high service level fulfilment

Senior Supply Chain Executive (SEA and Export Markets), Scent & Care

The primary role of Senior Supply Chain Executive includes support the Regional Supply Chain team to deliver required supply chain results: applicable KPI's (OTD (On time Delivery), Leadtime, Inventory DOH(Days of holding), Transportation budget, Production output, minimizing waste (such as blocked stocks and aging materials), Forecast Accuracy and Profit value).

Customer Centric: partner with Commercial teams to meet customers' requirements and needs, maintaining relationships including audits, improvement projects from SEAO and Export Markets. This role is responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction along with coordination activities.

In additional, you will be responsible for external and internal customer enquiries and on-time delivery, processing orders, ensure sufficient supply, handling complaints to shipment and delivery of orders to customers. This role reports directly to Supply Chain Director, SEAO & Export Markets.

The Position

• Key player within one or more Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.

The IMS (Indirect Material & Services) Procurement Manager supports the entire Symrise operations in APAC with alignment to both divisions both S&C and F&B on Procurement matters & activities. In this role, it is expected to lead the Singapore Indirect Procurement team as well as teams located elsewhere in APAC to address all Singapore issues & initiatives relating to supplier qualifications, specifications, certifications & performance as well as indirect materials & services costs that contributes to the indirect procurement goals to be achieved. You will collaborate closely with various key stakeholders to develop & lead APAC Indirect Procurement initiatives to make a real impact.

The Position:

• Leading procurement activities on non-raw/non-input materials such as Utilities, Packaging & Consumables etc, Services such as Warehousing, Logistics, Instruments, Equipments, Facility Servicing, Lab Supplies etc as well as 3rd party services such as agencies, IT asset providers and travel partners.

Warehouse Assistant

As an Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for warehousing activities including loading and unloading, sampling of incoming materials, account physical receipt from vendors/suppliers, accurate issuance of materials to Production teams and perform timely outbound deliveries. You will assure and maintain a continuous effective support in the daily warehousing, production and supply chain operation, implicating the support to the production output.

The Position:

• Perform and account for physical receipt of materials from vendors/ suppliers.
• To perform sampling of incoming materials and put away to designated storage.
• Carry out timely and accurate issuance of materials to productions as required.
• To liaise operation between productions and warehouse/ 3PL.
• To liaise with other departments as and when required.
• Prepare and execute timely outbound deliveries.
• Ensure and carry out timely and accurate system inventory transactions.
• Compliance of rules and regulations stated by the organization. (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO90001, ISO140001, ISO180001& other Company Policies)

Planning Executive, SEAO & Export Markets

As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for production scheduling and local raw materials planning through analysing Demand and Supply. With strong analytical, numeric, planning, communication skills, you will work in a dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You are required to follow-up closely with various departments to ensure that the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is closely adhered to, and eventually lead to the fulfilment of the required delivery deadlines. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Director, SEAO & Export Markets.

The Position:

• Schedule Production Plan and ensure Raw Materials/Intermediates availability.
• Ensure order confirmation timely upon firmed order receipt, New Wins, discontinuity or replacement enquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Responsible for local raw materials supply planning
• Review capacity matrix, safety stocks settings, MOQ's and pack sizes on a periodic basis
• Responsible for Slow Moving Obsolesce Stocks (SLOBs) reduction and prepare monthly Write off list for management approval
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and delivery deadlines
• Pro-active with great problem-solving skills and able to work with internal team and as well as cross functional teams to ensure meeting KPIs and Service level
• Other scheduled/ad-hoc Reports/Dashboards and Projects such as artificial Intelligence / machine learning, Robotic Process Automation(RPA) related to Supply Planning
