Our client are an international market leader, and now seeking to employ a suitably experienced Customer Service Representative in their Head Office.
General tasks will include;
• Communicate with key Accounts through various channels: phone, email, and Service platform.
• Provide information to Key Accounts about solutions.
• Ensures accurate and prompt order processing and complaint handling.
• Support internal customers: Finance, Account Managers and Technicians.
• Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary between departments.
Other Responsibilities will include;
• Incoming calls and emails.
• Provide information to clients about solutions.
• Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary between departments.
• Support internal customers: Finance, Account Managers and Technicians
• Raising services orders according to guidelines.
• Create order confirmations and follow the process until order is receive at the warehouse for dispatch.
• Check with logistics availability of products.
• Create Quotes as per Sales request
• Oversee request from creation of the account at CRM, raise the service job and give feedback to the customer.
• Create proforma Tax -Invoice.
Qualifications
• Diploma, Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working within customer support team.
• Microsoft Office - Intermediate / Advanced
