We are looking for a passionate and professional Safety and Security Analyst Specialist to join our Facility Management team.
Based in Singapore and reporting into the Manager, Safety and Security, the incumbent will be responsible to conduct inspections, audits, and analysis of safety and security compliance in SPPL with the objective of ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets within the corporate and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Do
- You will plan and conduct regular inspections and audits of compliance to safety and security procedures and policies.
- You will identify areas of improvements and interventions to enhance safety measures.
- You will maintain accurate records of audit findings and follow-up on corrective action.
- You will conduct research on emerging trends in safety and security and industry best practices.
- You will collate and analyse data from audits and inspections to identify trends, and to propose interventions to mitigate risks.
- You will support the management decisions through useful analysis and insights.
- You will develop and deliver safety and security training programs.
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training.
- You will evaluate the impact of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- You will assist the Manager in the development and revision of safety and security policies and procedures.
- You will ensure that policies align with industry standard and GRA's authority requirements.
Who You Are
- You have Diploma in Facility Management or any relevant field of study.
- You will have passed and certified by PLRD with minimum of Senior Security Supervisor grading, and in Workplace Safety and Health approved courses.
- You should have minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in safety and security industry.
- You should have minimum 2 years of experience in data collation and analysis.
- You should have experience in the conduct of workplace training.
- You should be able to work on shifts and weekends.
- You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should possess strong analytic skills, planning and organizational skills.
- You should have broad knowledge in security and safety industry.
- You should be able work in an adaptative teamwork environment and possess problem-solving skills.
