We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill in the role of a Product Sale Manager. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively manage both aspects of the business. Responsibilities:

Requirements

The role requires handling of measurement and detection equipment for military and homeland security. The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills including, software installation and configuration. The resposibilities includes managing sales product inquiries, overseeing post-sales equipment delivery, performing regular maintenance, and conducting diagnostic analyses for troubleshooting and repair. A keen learning attitude and strong problem-solving ability are essential in this position. The candidate will also be expected to prepare basic reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be important for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relations.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible in invoicing related work, ensure all billing activities are well coordinated including coordinate with different department in billing relating inquiries.
2. Generate daily invoices to new customers and monthly invoices to recurring customers.
3. Prepare statement of account (SOA) and send to customers on timely basis.
4. Updating customer database.
5. Assist in preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required, carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
6. Perform daily reconciliation of e-payments and off-set against individual invoices.
7. Process Credit Card and GIRO application and liaise with clients/banks for failed deductions.
8. Attend to any billing and payment queries via hotline/inbound email/internal department transfer.
9. Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes involving account receivables.
10. Other finance ad-hoc assignments.

Summary

To research and develop innovative Security products for ASEAN region as well as provide technician support to Operations Division. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of different types of security systems.

Responsibilities:

• To research and develop new products and services

• Researching about competitor’s products and evaluation of detailed function of their products

• Conduct Market Research on products of Security System in ASEAN region

• Cooperate with Japan HQ R&D and China R&D center for product development

• Conduct Survey about existing and future infrastructure, electrical power / telecom network etc. to ensure compatibility of security products and services

• Provide support as Field Technical Specialist and visiting clients to check and maintain CCTV Surveillance System

• Assist in obtaining required technical certifications for new / existing products for each countries

4. Administration, maintenance, and installation of VMware, VCenter, VDI Act as the one of the focal point for major issues when necessary.
5. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
