The Sales Management Assistant will be integral to the success of our sales team, providing essential support to help drive deal closure. We’re looking for a proactive, organized individual who can focus on facilitating the sales process, improving client engagement, and supporting the team in achieving aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Facilitation and Closing Support: Assist in the end-to-end sales process, focusing on activities that support and expedite deal closure.
- Sales Proposal and Contract Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and refine proposals, presentations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Follow-Up on Sales Leads: Proactively follow up with potential clients and qualified leads to drive engagement, answer inquiries, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics that directly impact closing strategies, helping to refine approaches and drive successful outcomes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure that all client interactions contribute to closing sales and achieving team goals.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings to address questions, overcome objections, and enhance the client experience.
- Sales Events and Campaigns: Assist in organizing and executing targeted sales events, campaigns, and webinars to generate interest and drive conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
