Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision and Management

• Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including design engineers, surveyors, and contractors, to ensure that underground roadworks proceed according to plan.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and make sure tasks are completed on schedule, addressing any delays or issues.

2. Structural and Excavation Works

• Excavation and Shoring: Oversee excavation works, ensuring the stability of underground structures by implementing shoring and other support systems.
• Installation of Utilities: Manage the installation of drainage systems, electrical conduits, and other utilities that will be integrated within the underground road.
• Piling and Foundations: Supervise piling and foundation work to ensuring the works carried out as per design and specification.
• RC Works: Oversee the reinforcement and concrete works for structural elements, ensuring proper formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring to meet design specifications and strength requirements.

3. Temporary Works and Safety

• Traffic Diversion Planning: Coordinate and liaising with LTA/QPS for road diversions and traffic management to maintain safety and minimize disruption for the public.
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict safety protocols, including site signage, ventilation, and emergency preparedness in the confined underground environment.

4. Technical Documentation and Reporting

• Daily Reports: Document daily site activities, material usage, and workforce deployment.
• Technical Reviews: Conduct reviews of design changes, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure project objectives align with underground conditions.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Regularly update stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities, on project status and address any regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant project/construction site experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in LTA project

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain updated documentation throughout the work processes and project life cycle based on the company’s policies and procedures
• Liaise with Construction team members on a day-to-day basis to check on their documentation requirements for preparation and updating to the document register database
• Secure the management of original documentation based on tracking log, files and organizes all the documentation for safe-keeping, storage and archiving based on the operating policies and procedures
• Handle the disposal and retention of documentation based on specific requirements and company’s policies and assist in file migrations and audits, when required
• Compile all the required documentation for customers during projects hand over in order to comply with the project requirements.
• Product reports and statistical figured to indicate the status of work progress and update the spreadsheet into the computer dossier

Main Duties:

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work

Responsibilities:

• To operate, maintain crane and ensure safe operating procedures are carried out while operating the crane.
• To inspect the crane regularly for damages or repair and complete daily crane checklist.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure crane is in good working condition and safe for the next day operations.

Responsibilities

· Plan execution work schedule based on contract schedule

· Highlight technical issues and update on changes and distribute to vendors, engineers and supervisors

· Plan and execute geotechnical and instrumentation installation and monitoring works

· Site evaluation of soil, rock, fault distribution and geological studies on site to determine the engineering properties

• Evaluate labour cost, man hours and manpower requirements against budget constraint.
• Plan and prepare baseline schedule which includes cost loading, resource loading, progress update and cash flow.

Mechanical and Electrical (ME&) Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and prepare tender submission for M&E works
• Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document including getting budget approval from the relevant approving authorities.
• Involve in planning and technical co-ordination of M&E services installation work
• Supervise and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and site operation team to facilitate installation works on site
• Coordination with the relevant authorities for design approval and work permission
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule and ensure good quality of work throughout the project
• Ensure adherence of construction procedures and safe work practices to warrant that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of M&E experience and 5 to 8 years' experience in the Construction Industry.
• Experience in designing and construction coordination with the authorities and SWC consultant/ contractor for ACMV, P&S, Fire Protection system of MRT projects
• Proficient in BIM software and AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
• Preferably with experience in writing tender specifications

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the work schedule of SWC, sub-contractors and work closely with site operations staff to ensure project completion timely within scheduled, cost and quality.
• Prepare method statements and identify drawing discrepancies

• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, project team and other stakeholders on project progress
• Provide technical advice to resolve M&E related technical issues
