Facilities Manager (Dental Clinic)

In addition to general facilities management duties, the Facilities Manager will take responsibility for the preventive maintenance and minor repairs of dental equipment, including chairs, compressors, and autoclaves. This role is crucial in minimizing equipment downtime, extending the lifespan of assets, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for dental chairs, autoclaves, compressors, and suction systems.
• Perform minor repairs on dental equipment, reducing reliance on external contractors.
• Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex equipment repairs, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Ensure dental equipment operates efficiently to minimize disruption to clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and repairs performed to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting.
• Manage standard facilities tasks such as handling aircon issues, leaks, and glass repairs when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental equipment maintenance (dental chairs, autoclaves, compressors, etc.)
• Familiarity with general facilities management duties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to minimizing equipment breakdowns.
• Be available to assist clinics during weekends if necessary.

General Facilities Manager

The General Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all dental clinic outlets and the corporate office. This role will ensure that the physical environment is conducive to efficient operations, patient comfort, and employee well-being.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, addressing issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, structural components.
• Handle small maintenance tasks internally (e.g., changing light bulbs) to reduce the need for costly external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of clinic buildings to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for major repairs, ensuring quality work and competitive pricing.
• Ensure facilities adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe environment for staff and patients.
• Act as the point of contact for any urgent facility issues that require immediate attention, including out-of-hours requests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Ability to perform basic repair tasks such as fixing air conditioners, changing lights, and addressing mould issues.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
• Be available to assist clinics during weekends if necessary.

Social Media and Marketing Executive:

This person will be part of the Marketing Team at Royce Dental Group. He/She will manage the group's social media channels to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience engagement. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

This person will also be required to assist the team in other Marketing campaigns and ad hoc events.

• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, promoting brand-focused messages
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Be kept up to date with the latest ad regulations by MOH (ie: PHMC)
• Proficient with Canva for design purposes
