- Salary Range: Up to $4,000 Monthly Basic + Quarterly Commission + AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by management in the construction and building materials market. You will develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Build and manage relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions. Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ specific requirements to tailor solutions that add value, ensuring long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction.
- Actively identify new business opportunities in the construction market. Conduct market research to pinpoint potential growth sectors and prospects, presenting innovative ideas to expand the company’s customer base and product reach.
- Develop and maintain a network with key stakeholders such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors. Establish and nurture relationships with influential decision-makers in the construction industry to ensure that the company remains a preferred supplier for upcoming projects.
- Submit customer analysis and sales reports to management monthly. Regularly review sales performance, providing insights into customer behavior and market trends, and preparing detailed reports that help drive future sales strategies.
- Monitor site progress and provide accurate material forecasts. Stay informed of construction progress, working closely with project managers to anticipate material needs and ensure timely deliveries, preventing delays or shortages.
- Communicate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring accountability for timely payments. Clearly outline sales terms and conditions, following up diligently to guarantee that payments are made in accordance with agreed schedules, safeguarding the company’s cash flow.
- Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting on a case-by-case basis. Offer expert assistance to customers by addressing their issues, providing product training where necessary, and ensuring a smooth user experience with the company’s offerings.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must possess either Class 2A (motorcycle) or Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle (this is essential for site visits and customer engagements). Candidates without a vehicle welcome to apply.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
- Other Skills: High computer literacy, strong salesmanship, creative problem-solving, and a self-motivated.
- Education: Diploma or Degree. Certification in sales techniques or construction-related qualifications would be beneficial.
