Job Summary:

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and maintaining the contracts within the organization. The Contract Manager will assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations. The Contracts Manager is expected to ensure that contracts are properly executed in compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal requirements, and mitigate risks to our company. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Management in formulation of business strategies. Assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Implements and manages the Contracts Department in all Pre and Post Contracts administration and Pre and Post Tender covering Procurement works.
• Oversees and work with the team on cost planning and preparation of tender submission.
• Oversees the team on invitation for quotations, negotiations, evaluation, recommendation, and confirmation.
• Engage various stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and implement contracts for marine construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal regulations, all terms and conditions are favourable and in alignment with company objectives. This includes analysing contractual obligations, terms of payment, deliverables, and any associated risks.
• Identify potential risks related to contracts and projects, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Check monthly progress claims.
• Evaluate subcontractor payment claims.
• Attend Client and Project Site Meetings. Meet with Clients and Consultants to discuss project, cost matters and variation orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms are followed and project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with contract terms and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
• Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are highly preferred.

Job Summary:

As a Marine Technical Engineer, you are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of marine vessels, machinery, and equipment. They provide technical expertise for construction, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance to ensure the reliability and functionality of vessels and related systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and Overseeing daily vessel operations, including movements, documents and risk management.
• Ensuring compliance for Port state.
• Handling and checking ship and cargo documents, including customs compliance for international shipment, raise purchase procurement and purchase order for vessel request maintenance and repair.

Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Manager (SG) supports the HR operations for Singapore to fulfil HR functions and support our internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment/internship, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with SG labour laws and other relevant laws.
• Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with a strong background in marine dredging and document control.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and health practices on marine dredging sites, while also managing and coordinating documentation across technical, operations, purchasing, and inventory sections.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policy and structure as well as safety programs in compliance with regulatory requirements for marine dredging and all other marine activities.
• Recommend and propose regular cost-effective and optimisation improvements plan forinternal safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure a safeworking environment.
• Prepare safety report such as Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), Permit-to-work for shipyard & maintenance state and other necessary documentation for management and regulatory bodies.

• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.
• Pre and post tender/contract negotiation, administration, and monitoring.
