As a Program Manager, GS-0340-15, you will be responsible for:
•  Overseeing and directing program evaluation and quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies to ensure overall program effectiveness and efficiency.  
•  Providing customer-oriented management services to internal or external entities by working with other organizations and customers to set expectations and keep them informed of issues.
•  Supervising, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the programs, functions, and initiatives performed by a staff of subordinate supervisors or team leaders and the professional, administrative, technical, and support staff of the organization. 
•  Directing the development and implementation of agency policies and procedures, business processes, and new or revised system requirements resulting from new or modified organization or agency programs, systems and initiatives.
