We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Housing Workers to work within our Livewell SAMs and Agency team. We are a forward thinking, values driven housing association, and this role is based in our Sheffield City Centre offices.

More about the role:
SAMS is a Housing Management project working throughout South Yorkshire, helping people with support needs to live independently in their own home.
Our customers are people with learning difficulties, physical difficulties, and long term mental health issues. As a Housing Worker you will be an exceptionally organised and flexible team player.
Responsibilities include the assessment of clients, moving clients in and out of properties, property inspections, handling complaints, addressing arrears, managing household budgets, liaising with support providers and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. The Agency Services Team manages 308 bed spaces in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. We work with 17 Voluntary Sector Agencies to provide accommodation and support for residents with a diverse range of support needs.
We have a management agreement with each Agency, which provides a contractual basis for our working relationship. The Agencies provide housing management services on behalf of South Yorkshire Housing Association.

£22,389-£25,753 - pro rata
