- You will be responsible for the administrative and technical supervision of the Code 104 ACIO/IT Division, evaluates subordinate supervisors and Code 104 staff personnel, approves leave.
- You will recommend discipline, awards, promotions and other personnel actions; resolves employee complaints; and furthers Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AAP) goals and objectives.
- You will be assigned authority to approve official time and is assigned authority to approve travel authorizations and vouchers.
- You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, compliance, strategic planning and leadership for the Naval Undersea Warfare
Center Division Newport’s (NUWCDIVNPT) information technology infrastructure and systems.
- You will be responsible for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, IT governance, Navy Marine Corps Internet/Next
Generation Enterprise Network Program management, and IT resource management.
- You will develop and execute Division Newport’s IT strategic planning and budgeting processes.
