-Represents the organization at a variety of functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with staff counterparts and management officials at Centers, Combatant Commands, DoD Intelligence agencies, HQ Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), and HQ USAF, or with contractor specialists.

-Accomplishes professional development and maintains technical proficiency through professional interaction with technical and professional societies, associations, academia, symposia, contractors, research and development organizations, and participation in formal training programs.

-Coordinates the analytic tool production efforts within a complex organization composed of elements of numerous DoD agencies engaging in Scientific & Technical Intelligence analysis and assessment of foreign capabilities for a variety of military operations and national policymaker customers.

-Collaborates with other Agencies, Groups and Directorates to negotiate tasking(s) and briefings.Ensures proper electronic information management techniques are used to produce, maintain and disseminate customer-oriented products and tools.

-Manages communications and capability development projects/meetings for FT Group and reports results to FT Leadership, and NASIC leadership. Examines results of work and recommends new approaches and changes to overcome critical unforeseen difficulties.

-Reviews contractor proposals for computer and database management and improvement projects to ensure adherence to relevant system specifications and security policies. Evaluates contractor progress and deliverables against Statements of Work, advises leadership on new/changes to requirements.

- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Ballistic Missiles Integration Flight, ensuring the flight produces and delivers foundational intelligence on Threats to Homeland and Basing, Threats to US Space Superiority, and Advanced Technology Developmental Proliferation missions.

- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.

- Manages Flight resources, trains and equips personnel. Develops, justifies, and presents resource utilization strategies and recommends manpower required to satisfy objectives.

- Represents the Flight in exchanges with government contractors and other organizations within NASIC, AF, DIA, and other government agencies.

• Plans, organizes, and manages the activities of NASIC XOC Division, ensuring the Division complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• Provides day-to-day guidance, oversight, and assistance to a diverse group of project team members, who represent multiple functional and technical aspects of the NASIC mission during project execution.
• The PTA oversees multiple simultaneous projects as part of the work plan, providing planning, oversight, guidance, and direction to project participants.
• Employee represents the Center at national-level meetings and in national-level working groups on intelligence processes in the Intelligence Community and DoD, as well as influencing external partner agency decisions on resourcing related to NASIC intelligence operations.

• Leads and performs professional engineering analysis of aerospace properties and flight mechanics of foreign aerospace, aerodynamic, and ballistic weapon systems.
• Provides Intelligence support to enable military operations, force modernization, and policy making. Serves as an interface and interacts with DoD customers, Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), other US Intelligence Centers, and foreign allies to develop and define threat modeling and simulation (M&S) requirements and to meet those requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
• Serves as an engineering consultant and technical expert to government officials, foreign partners, and government contractors.
• Represents NASIC at various DoD, DOE, DHS, national and international level working groups to advocate NASIC's position on the characterization of threat weapons and to collaborate or support work involving modeling and simulation.

• Provides full range of data science services for scientific and technical intelligence applications, including technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance. Leads a team providing expert knowledge of data science, data engineering, mathematics, statistical analysis, and modeling/simulation to apply to enterprise program level oversight.
• Leads team of Data Scientists working on complex data problems. Serves as team lead providing technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance to partners throughout NASIC, in the solving of highly complex problems. Leads projects working at various stages to include development of action plans, identification of requirements, development and presentation of briefings, data visualizations, and other applicable required project materials and documents.
• Makes technical recommendations and promotes information exchanges with NASIC leadership, and with Intelligence Community, and DoD entities. Integration of technical reports and documents that result from each project or activity. Represents the organization during visits with government and industry representatives.
• Develops and implements Data Science training programs for team and Center use. Develops NASICs data science-related training curriculum. Researches and establishes corresponding training delivery mechanisms. Works with Principal Technical Advisor to establish the training plan, curriculum focus areas, and pace of training offerings.
