- Supports a team of lawyers in Litigation and Intellectual Property (IP) and Litigation matters:

• Prepares reporting letters and invoices
• eLitigation Filing

- Assisting with the preparation of court and legal documents

- Update the file records

- Handling incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents

- Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents

- Manages and updates Chairman's calendar

- Completing and submitting claims

- Any other duties assigned by the Chairman

Requirements:

- Tertiary educated with at least three (3) years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, secretarial experience etc

- MS Office and English proficiency

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Ability to work independently, prioritize daily workload and strong follow-through skills

- Possess knowledge of E-filing will be an advantage

- Assist in coordinating business meetings, events and managing corporate gifts inventory

- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel including booking of air ticket, hotel room, visa application and etc

- Responding to all incoming client's enquiries from social media platform such as Whatsapp/Wechat

- Involves in GeBIZ tenders

- Data entry and maintenance of client databases

- Provide general administrative support to the business development team

- Perform other tasks to support business development initiatives

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

· Drafting of patent specifications and/or preparing specifications of goods and services.

· Conduct patent prior art searches.

· Preparing responses to Office Actions.

· Administer and maintain patent portfolios.

· Ad hoc duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree preferably in Engineering, Science & Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Requirements
