Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and implement strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and build new customer network.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued engagement.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with various audiences.
- Monitor market trends to develop solutions that address client needs as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B and B2C consultative sales, ideally within service-oriented sectors
- Deep understanding of solution-based sales and marketing strategies relevant to the financial sectors in Southeast Asia, particularly Life, Health, and Investments Insurance.
- Extensive network within Southeast Asia’s financial institutions, both private and public.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse business audiences, including C-suite executives, VPs, managers, operational staff, and agents.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, active listening, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in regional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin Chinese, or other Southeast Asian languages is strongly preferred to build client connections.
- Good pitching skills with the either of above languages is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed
