Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify sub-contractors' jobs
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

b) understands the implications of different technicalchoice so as to meet the project objectives
c) involve in providing value engineering solutions basing on his knowledge .
d) to have knowledge in the preparationof engineering proect proposals and method statements .
e) carry out project objectives so align with company goals.
f) to co-ordinate program and monitor site work , materials , plant and equipment .
g) involving in client /consultant / sub-contractor meetings .
h) to carry out short term planning to meet site progress .
I) shop / as build drawing preparation .
J) Assists project manager in monthly progree report
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
- Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
