Job Title: Field interviewer/surveyors, Research Operations

Location: Changi Airport Airside
A 6 months contract (including 1 month probation)

Job Scope

• Observe and record flight timing and information into tablet
• May be required to approach respondents to obtain their feedback (Up to 5 questions only)
• Able to handle respondents’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented
• Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely

Job requirements and expectations

• Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
• Proficient in the use of iPad/Android Tablet
• Past experience in customer service would be beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (breaks are provided)
• Able to commit at least 20 days a month, including 5 weekend days

Job Scope

• Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad)
• Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)

Job requirements and expectations

• Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
• Proficient in the use of iOS or Android tablets
• Past experience in customer service, traffic counting or as market research surveyor /interviewer would be beneficial
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training
• Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
• Able to commit at least 15 days a month, including 1 weekend day

JOB SCOPE

We are seeking to hire a highly organised, detail-oriented, and versatile Administrative and Project Assistant to join our team. Someone with experience in similar roles in the field of market research will be advantageous. This role has two primary functions:

Administrative Support

• Provide high-level administrative support to company executives.
• Assist with travel planning, expense claims and meeting arrangements.
• Assist or handle special projects and tasks (such as organising events, staff engagements, CSR initiatives, etc.) assigned by executives.
• Undertake general office management duties such as upkeeping of the office, managing vendors and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Handling inbound/outbound communications, postal and courier requirements.
• Support in record-keeping, data entry and generating reports.
• Provide human resources support such as new employees’ onboarding, advertising positions, screening applicants, and organising interviews.
• Support the broader team with adhoc administrative requests.

Project Management

• Coordinate project logistics to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in the initial setup of projects such as surveyors/respondents’ recruitment, liaising with vendors, prepping necessary tools and incentives, and organising briefing.
• Monitor fieldwork progress across projects
• Assist in vendor management and onboarding

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in administrative and/or project support
• Experience specifically in project managing in the field of market research will be advantageous, otherwise candidates without experience in market research must be willing to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC or relevant certifications (e.g. project management or secretarial)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working with our analytics and research operation teams, this entry-level role will be involved in the end-to-end process of market research. The key areas are detailed below:

Research, Analysis and Insights

• Support and work on a variety of research, including both qualitative (e.g. focus groups and in-depth interviews) and quantitative research (e.g. surveys and secondary data sources)
• Aid screener questions, discussion guides as well as survey questions
• Review and process data that is collected to ensure high quality standards
• Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts
• Translate the data and information into insights, that will help clients make informed decisions
• Analysing and synthesising data into easy-to-understand visuals and charts
• Writing commentaries in a narrative style, including summary and recommendations

Project Management

• Manage project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. programmers, vendors, data science, etc) to ensure timely project completion
• Manage or assist in project setup and fieldwork management
• Support fieldwork audit and quality control efforts
• Check survey link to ensure there are no errors
