Job description
In your new role you will:
- Accountable for delivery fulfillment @ subcons for production demand for front end and backend process able to engage highest factory management whenever necessary for escalated topics or task force-related issues
- Manage allocation with business units whenever needed
- Drive material readiness including consigned material (if any) and ensure cost optimization without compromising delivery/supply with material stock level definition and material liability/buyback management with subcons.
- Responsible for WIP inventory flow (including residual FGs, aging inventory, etc.) and drive cycle time improvement; identified continuous improvement projects with external partners to improve IFX supply to Customers.
- Responsible for timely execution of non-production services like ORM (Ongoing Reliability Monitoring) and sample retention at Subcon, following quality or customer requirements.
- Interface with Business Continuity team and ensure timely updates of the situation at sub-cons during the crisis period (eg. Pandemic, Earthquake, and Acts of God); identify risk mitigation plan and ensure timely execution whenever possible.
- Responsible for commercial process compliance and ensuring cost monitoring with PR/PO issuance, good receipt and invoice validation based on the service engaged, complying with Finance and Procurement business process
- Responsible for timely lot ownership/attribute change execution at subcons in alignment with IFX business requirements.
- Identify operational gaps by analyzing supply chain and production performance indices at Subcon and define a systemic approach to resolve issues permanently.
- Support new Subcon enabling requirement for OSAT OPC , focusing on Production Planning workflow
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min 10 years experiences within supply chain in semiconductor / electronic manufacturing leading a team of more than 5 staff.
- Min Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
- Deep experience managing subcontractors and OSAT partners in the semiconductor industry
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including management and working-level employees
- Possess strong system, data analytics skillset and excellent presentation skills in a multicultural environment
- Candidate with lesser experiences can be considered for Senior Manager position
