I am recruiting for an H&S Manager with a successful production company on the outskirts of Perth.

Role Definition:

The Health, Safety and Training Manager will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and managing health, safety and training policies and procedures to agree with the clients' standards in a production environment where the health & safety of the company's workers is paramount. You will be responsible for managing site compliance with the applicable statutory regulations and requirements, providing guidance, advice, induction & ongoing training.

The Role:

* Carrying out regular and comprehensive risk assessments and maintaining records to ensure management have access to up-to-date safety records.
* Assist maintaining standard operational procedures, which identify and take account of all relevant hazards both current and new.

* Oversee that safe working procedures are developed and implemented and assist in the review and development of new and existing processes and procedures.
* Ensure continuous maintenance and
Development of Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Maintain working knowledge and comply with all national and local regulations, standards, codes and company policies and advise employees and management on regulatory issues
* Build positive relations with all employees, managers and any external contractors and represent the client and its interests in the best possible manner
* COSHH assessments - review and complete accordingly.
* Inspect production areas on a regular basis, identifying probable risks and advising on suitable control measures.
* Assist in the development and delivery of in-house training and management of training records and compliance reporting thereon.
* Compiling incident and accident statistics and supporting the company's objectives for an incident-free culture.
* Perform regular internal Health and Safety Audits and provide assistance and cooperation on all other audits, while ensuring closeout of any remedial actions raised.
* Always comply with company policy and procedure on safe food handling and hygiene.
* Carry out monthly H&S meetings with site management team and site H&S champions
* Responsible for H&S induction for all new employees.
* Ongoing maintenance and development of a positive safety culture in line with the commercial needs of business.
* Identify training requirements in the work force and follow up accordingly.
* Investigate and attend all accidents/incidents that occur and collate all information and create reports accordingly.
* Maintain training files and matrix and ensure sign-offs are up-to-date and audit ready at all times.
* Responsible for food hygiene training and audiometry testing on site.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must be able to provide evidence of carrying out a similar role and can evidence a track record of maintaining and developing a safe working environment.
- Have experience of working within a manufacturing/production environment
- Good IT skills and competent in Excel
- Experienced in training and be able to display strong presentation skills and can demonstrate the ability to train staff at all levels
- Be able to promote a positive Health and Safety culture in the workplace
- Trainer the Trainer qualification desirable is not essential
- Must have a NEBOSH General Certificate [or equivalent] as a minimum.
- Past experience with ammonia refrigeration is desirable.
- Past experience with legionella management is desirable.

- Past experience with the safety management of pallet racking is desirable.

A growing Finance company based in Blackburn are now recruiting on a full-time permanent basis for a Compliance Administrator this is due to the development of internal progression the business. Searching for an experienced, ambitious administrator, this position allows opportunity to join an established business and develop your skills.The working hours are flexible around 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday with two days hybrid working (which are subject to business needs).

Your new role

As Compliance administrator you will be responsible for cleansing, collating and preparing data for risk reporting. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the credit and assurance team, along with preparing templates and maintain formal amendments records. You will provide service assistance to departmental meetings in the sense of room bookings, agenda setting, note taking/sharing and undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time to achieve overall business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administrative experience, a good understanding of compliance and requirements. Along with, ability to work with all levels of staff and must have a high Level of personal and professional integrity.Effective time-management abilities - able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities, therefore you should have excellent attention to detail and accountability.You must be a team player with self-motivation, a 'can do' attitude, excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Your new role
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions. Your duties will include managing office systems, coordinating projects, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be working on a 6 month FTC with an imminent start date. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours pw, 9am-5pm. You will receive the following:
