OVERVIEW OF JOB

This is a very high profile & senior position within GroupM, where you'll have responsibility for running a portfolio of high-profile multinational brands with services scope focused on innovation, communications planning and media campaign implementation management, by leveraging your insights, analytics and strategy skill set.

You will lead the client relationship while also being responsible for maintaining the quality of contracted services, lobbying additional assignments as well as developing appetite for and building revenues from out-of-scope offerings and value add services. As well as driving top-level client scores and advocacy across markets, you’ll be aligning market teams on the global tools suites, driving test/learn digital innovations and apply analytics in a consistent fashion to steer investment decisions.

• Comfortable with or have had exposure to application of analytics and be demonstrate “no line thinking” i.e. strong track record on integrated work.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Media Lead to drive the success of a portfolio of high-profile multinational brands across APAC. The Director, Product Enablement reports functionally into one of our product pillars (either Insights & Planning, Activation, or Reporting & Analytics) where enablement is led by the SVP, Product Enablement.

You will work with the Regional Product Lead and regional Data Strategy teams who are responsible for fostering strong customer connections and driving adoption of Open Media Studio (OMS) and our products across our markets, clients, and agency teams.

You will partner with these teams to maximize product usage and value realization for the products within your product pillar and region.

You are:

• A technical consultant capable of not just configuring and deploying products but consulting with users along the way ensuring they are clear and fully enabled to make the most out of the products and capabilities.
• An expert in the technology stack, tools and solutions within one of our product pillars (Insights & Planning, Activation, Reporting & Analytics) and typical client use cases and requirements.

• Platform Deployment
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of products within your pillar and region, and the OMS platform, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment within your region. Deployment involves installing, configuring, and implementing products and the OMS platform.
• Define deployment goals, timelines and potential risks.
• Configure the products and/or OMS platform according to the specific requirements of the deployment environment. This may involve setting up user accounts, defining permissions, customizing settings, data staging and analysis, preparation and integrating with other systems.
• Testing to ensure that the product functions correctly and meets quality standards in the deployed state.
• In conjunction with Product Training and Product Support ensure that users are fully enabled and trained ready to drive quality outcomes from our stack.

• To be a knowledge owner for analytics and actively develop and share this knowledge with the team as well as provide / lead delivery.
• Experience in Multi Project Planning and Management to create and support SEO marketing plans and communicate timelines, process updates, roadblocks etc. on regular basis to the team.

Sales & Operations

• Refine sales proposition and supporting processes for delivery.
• Train, manage, mentor and develop direct reports to be successful in their role and grow in their careers.
• Identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities with agency offerings.
• Work with the Head of SEO to create sales proposals and support RFPs with tangible data references, where appropriate.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 7 yrs. of core SEO experience
• Understand Google search engine ranking algorithm and audit the website to discover the opportunity to improve the website ranking in search result
• At least 5 years of strategic/ client relationship experience in an agency
• Actively pursues excellence while driving for efficiency
• Continuously drive improvement in the implementation of new creative ideas, identify new trends and turn them into actionable insights of performance optimization
• Sees the big picture, yet pays attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
• A strong problem-solving mindset driven by curiosity.
• A keen learner who’s willing to coach, to train and to educate.
• A good mix of traits as a team player and as an individual contributor – and as a project lead, you should be ready to dive in and get hands-on as the situation requires.
• Experiences working on regional that support multiple languages – it would be a plus if you speak any APAC languages.
• Any kind of expertise in any of the following areas would be preferable:
  • Conversion Optimisation (CRO/LPO)
  • Exhibit advanced grasp on JavaScript, CSS and HTML put together and their impact on page performance and content delivery.
  • Adapt with API use and curious about data.
  • Well-experienced with Omniture/Google Analytics set-up and configuration.
