Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in automobile-related.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity..

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and check terms and conditions of Sale/Purchase Contracts;

- Prepare full set of export/import shipping documents;

- Arrange for Marine insurance and third party surveyors for cargoes at loading/discharging ports;

- Check/Sign all shipping documents against Letter of Credit before submission for negotiation;

- Liaising with banks for LC amendments and documents checking at bank;

- Keep tracks of payment status after documents submission and actual time of documents arriving at issuing banks;

- Liaise and negotiate with banks for any LC confirmation, discounting or financing cost;

- Lead a team of 1-2 person on the above work.

- Able to speak Mandarin and write simple Chinese;

- Able to travel.
