Conduct valuation of all types of properties in Singapore for financial institutions, goverment agencies, coporate bodies and individuals.
Scope of work includes research and data analysis, providing indicative valuations, guiding and co-ordinating with team members in task distribution, management of timelines and deliverables.
Maintain and build relationships with our clients and business partners.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent
Good analytical skills
Attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organization and time management skills
Able to work under time pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
