Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
- Optimize operational workflows to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards in beverage preparation.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, liaise with suppliers, and manage order placements to ensure fresh supplies of fruits and teas.
- Maintain a high standard of product quality by ensuring beverages are prepared according to Fruity Fusion’s recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Address customer feedback and handle complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience and foster repeat business.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as introducing seasonal specials or promotions.
- Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to ensure that revenue targets are met.
- Manage store budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives where feasible.
- Conduct regular reporting on sales performance, inventory usage, and customer trends to assist in business decision-making.
