The Role

As the Head of Sales for our growing Singapore office, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across new business in the US, Europe, and Asia. You will lead a high-performing team of four Account Executives – two based in the US, one in Europe, and one in Asia. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets across the regions, and your secondary focus will be on building out the systems and processes behind the go-to-market motion to increase efficiency and generate valuable data. The Role

As Product Manager, you’ll take charge of product planning and execution. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that will fuel the growth engine of Digify.

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Accounting Specialist with at least 3 years of full set accounting experience and exposure to the SaaS industry. Working with our SG and US accounting firms, he/she will be put in charge of the accounting for both our SG and US entities. This role requires very good English communication skills (written and verbal) in order to work effectively with external partners as well as the internal billing team. This role will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our fractional CFO.

Work Scope (part-time 3-4 days per week)

• Book and file expense invoices according to cost centers.
• Support and liaise with US and SG accounting firms to ensure compliance and accuracy in books and monthly and annual consolidated management reports.

• Manage depreciations.

• Ability to understand and participate in technical discussions with the Engineering team, with familiarity with software terminology

You'll produce intuitive experiences through the creation of efficient user flows, detailed wireframes, innovative pixel-perfect visual designs, and interactive prototypes while working alongside development teams and fellow product designers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Take the lead on implementation roadmap items
• Craft efficient user flows, thoughtful wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction designs
• Create detailed design specs with all manner of states considered, well-annotated and ready for handoff to our product development team
• Support your designs with animated, and sometimes, interactive prototypes when needed to demonstrate an interaction
• Serve as a working member of a swiftly moving cross-functional team
• Meet with the executive team regularly to discuss product and transform product insights into intuitive, user-friendly application features
• Conduct lightweight research of the competitive landscape and learn from user feedback

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in product design
• Demonstrable experience as a product designer in fully responsive web environments
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) related software
• Strong visual design acumen and attention to detail
• Passion for amazing product design and an appreciation for elegant user experiences
• A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively
• Openness to team collaboration, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
