Job Description:-

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Driving the overall operational and business performance of the Company;
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Company;
• Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth;
• Developing and implementing systems and controls for monitoring operational KPIs;
• Ensuring efficiency of all projects and compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements;

Job Requirements:-

• Experience in Banking and Finance sector will be advantageous.
