• You will serve as a Deputy Director of the NAVSEA Deputy Commander for Total Force and Corporate Operations with senior level responsibility for the operation of missions, functions, and tasks reporting directly to the Senior Executive .
• You will be responsible for the initiation, direction, oversight, and execution of strategic business planning, human capital management, personnel security programs, corporate data analytics, facilities, and headquarter management.

• You will represent the NAVSEA SEA10 Deputy Commander at meetings, conferences, and working groups across SEA10 assigned mission and program areas.

• Serves as advisor to the Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO) on all aspects of the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) systems and applications, databases, tools, and services.
• Provides centralized design, development, and maintenance support of the FPAC systems, applications and tools.
• Manages the implementation of business solutions as designed and planned with minimum impact to ongoing business operations.
• In partnership with the Department, ensures the continuity of IT services in the event of a major disruption to the business and ensures the stability and reliability of systems under extremely heavy workload requirements.
• Participates with the business customers and the Chief, Information Assurance Branch, in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to establish service requirement and problem resolution expectations and timeframes

Your role:

• You must have extensive network of agency contacts and years of account servicing or sales experience working for/with agencies
• Promote Supermom solutions to agencies and train agencies in adopting SuperMom solutions
• Conducts regular meetings with agencies to engage in full and frank discussion of client problems, opportunities, and work in progress.
• Reviews clients’ advertising plans with the Business Unit Head and Account Manager.
• Reviews fulfillments done by account servicing team to ensure the strategy and objectives are met prior to submission to the client.
• Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
• Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
• Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.

• At least 5+ years of media agency experience
• Extensive networks and contacts in the media agency industry
• Able to network and entertain clients to build relationships
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with acute business sense
• Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good understanding of how agencies measure performance with relevant KPIs

The Director, Business Management Office performs the following duties:
