Salary: £24,559 - £25,967 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 4.30pm
About the Role: As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin in the sales operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Generating new business leads through proactive outreach
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling customer complaints with professionalism and tact
• Assisting with general office duties as needed
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
