The QA Representative is responsible for reviewing and publishing content on our platform. This full-time role involves ensuring the content meets high-quality standards and follows the company's guidelines. The successful candidate will be part of the Publishing Team and will report to the Onboarding and Publishing Lead.

To succeed in this role, the QA Representative should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work autonomously with a proactive, flexible, resilient approach, and ideally, have a sound knowledge of well-being, mental health, and meditation practices. Please note, that this is a hybrid position. We have a team based in Manila who catch up regularly so ideally you will also live in the area.

Responsibilities

The QA Representative will work closely with other Publishing QA Representatives, our Onboarding Publishing Lead and the Teacher Support Team when needed.

This role is important to ensure Insight Timer has great quality and relevant content published and featured at all times.

• Review and publish content in a timely manner, according to the company’s goals.
• Work closely with the Publishing Team to ensure we are continually and efficiently loading new and relevant content onto our platform.
• Ensure the quality of content remains at a high level: relevant topics, quality audio, well-written copy, beautiful imagery etc., and follows Insight Timer’s content guidelines and requirements.
• Review and approve new teachers who meet content guidelines.

Job Summary

Provide support to key NA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

This position involves adding value towards Incident progression/resolution, request fulfilment and will also require an element of data reconciliation capability.

A Service Desk Analyst will perform accurate ticket triage and resolve at first line of contact where possible, supporting Incidents and queries or quickly escalating to the correct support team.

QA Localisation testing involves performing language checks on a range of yet-to-be-released games for a variety of platforms including PC, Xbox One, PS4, Wii, PS Vita, DS, Switch, VR, and various mobile and tablet devices.  You would be working on top gaming titles for some of the biggest publishers in the World.

As one of our Localisation QA Testers, you will be the very first person to see the localised game in its entirety – translated text, images, and the rest of the user interface all together. Job Description

In this Communications Manager role, your responsibilities would be focused on internal communications for the Legal Compliance Risk and Assurance area (LCRA) as well as administrative support tasks for the General Counsel. Reports directly to the Software QA Supervisor and responsible for implementing and developing the test automation infrastructure of the Quality Assurance team, involving test automation development, establishing coding standards and best practices for test automation, analysis and discovery of tools, and maintaining the test automation environment where the test scripts will run on.
