• You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of any branch/subordinate level engineers and related technical support personnel; as assigned by FST.
• You will determine the best approach to resolve complex technical engineering problems. identify programmatic constraints involved with each problem and develop the solutions.
• You will investigate, research, and determine applicability of modifications and schedule maintenance requirements for the program.
• You will prepare correspondence, technical reports, and instructions for submittal to the FST leadership, other activities and contractors as may be required.

• Conducts, organizes and provides program analysis and economic analyses to ensure functional needs are met for programs and services.  
• Recommends corrective actions and supports follow up inspections.  Assists in the development of plans for current and projected programs to achieve goals and objectives.  
• Collects, verifies and adjusts data from diverse sources and performs qualitative analysis.  Prepares reports and input for budgets for the personal and professional development programs.
• Supervises employees to include: assigning and distributing work, coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees; approving and disapproving leave, recommending and completing personnel actions, disciplinary actions, completing performance reviews, signing timesheets, training employees, keeping abreast of and actively supporting the principles of the EEO program, and prevention of sexual harassment. 
• Maintains the standards of achievement that are necessary in meeting the demands of occupations, education opportunities, technical training, or personal financial management for which students are being prepared.  Collaborates with other programs within Marine and Family Programs.  
• May work a fluctuating work schedule to complete work assignments outside of the typical workweek and work hours.  May require travel to complete work assignments.  
• This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.  
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

My client based in Whitby is looking for Night Shift Cleaners to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Duties will include:

• Working as part of a team to clean a secure site.
• Sweeping and mopping of the floors
• Disinfecting all equipment after service
• Operating cleaning machinery.
• Deep cleaning of offices and various work areas.

Due to location, it would be beneficial if candidates lives local, or had their own transport.

The client does run transport to site from Guisborough, Whitby and Scarborough.

Candidates will be breathalysed upon entry to site.

Rate: £12.50ph
Hours: Working Wednesday to Sunday 11pm-6:30am
Role: Immediate start, temp to perm for the right candidate
