Job description

· Report to the Store & Operations Manager to be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of items to outlets and clients;

· Ensure the safe handling of all items during picking, packing, loading, discharging during the course of work;

• Ensure accuracy in all paperwork (including collection of payment for delivered items) and delivery quantities, ie. review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and clients are satisfied;
• Take good care of the company van and monitor need to maintain and repair (van not to be driven home).
• Loading/unloading of goods;
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules;
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record;
• Assist in store operations during non-delivery duties, ie. receiving, labelling, put away to storage location, pick and packing of orders for shipment; and
• Readily take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

· Valid Class 3 driving licence;

· Experience in driving Class 3 vans;

· Physically fit;

· Familiar with Singapore roadmaps;

- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and rules & regulations;

· Ability to lift and carry goods during the course of work; and

· Strong time management and customer-oriented.

Job descriptions

1. Work closely with the Warehouse & Production Manager in leading and motivating a small team of 5-6 members to efficiently carry out daily operations to:

- manage unloading/unpacking of incoming shipments [proper handling and storing of stocks];

- timely reporting of irregularities encountered to management;

- manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take);

- coordinate/work well with various parties within the organization;

- ensure compliance with workplace safety/warehouse procedures and maintain work environment cleanliness;

- strengthen team building for staff strength stability.

2. Capable of multitasking and readily:

- take charge of small-scale filling of skin-care products;

- involve in the delivery and distribution of products;

- take on any responsibility as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.

Requirements:

· Minimum N/O level and above.

· Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Executive.

· Familiarity with shipping matters an advantage.

· Knowledge of small-scale filling of skincare products an advantage.

· Knowledgeable and experienced in best practices for warehouse management (includes stock receipt and issue, space optimization/classification/tracking, expiry monitoring, etc.) an advantage.

· Knowledge of SAP an added advantage

· Good team player and result-driven.

Job description

· Manage 3 outlets that encompass retailing of skin care products and provision of facial treatment services.

· Oversee outlet sales, operations, marketing and processes with a view to growing revenues.

· Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.

·

· Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis. Implement measures to improve performance measures.

· Maintain effective communications with management to ensure smooth and compliant operations of all outlets.

· Work closely with the outlets on the execution of sale and promotional activities.

· Handle customers' feedback/complaints, provide service recovery effectively.

· Periodically review, maintain and update policies.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and managing retail and/or salon outlets.
