Position Title: Maintenance Technician- Mechanical
Location: Jhagadia
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
OVERVIEW:
To ensure all machineries & instruments are in good working condition through planned preventive maintenance. To provide general engineering help to all departments
KEY RESULT AREA:
- To maintain and monitor the list of all machineries, utility and safety equipments.
- Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical & mechanical equipments and its compliance with documentary proof.
- Prepare the list of critical equipments and critical spares and maintain the inventory norms to avoid any loss in Production due to non availability of spares..
- Ensure periodic and timely calibration of all measuring equipment in the factory.
- To ensure all engineering controls & safety precautions are in place to avoid any accident.
- To strictly follow the systems & procedure as per ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Diploma Mechanical/ Electrical
