About the role

An exciting opportunity for 2 skilled full time Mechanical Engineering Technician currently exists for our Cobram plant. This is a full-time position with the potential to earn $73,150- $90,000 per annum.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Associate's degree in mechanical engineering technology (MIT), or similar.
A minimum of two years of experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry. Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Planner with our Longford site. This is a full-time position based in Longford, TAS 7301.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the integrity of all data in the CMMS system and the effective use of this data to achieve high efficiencies and effectiveness of the entire maintenance department at the facility in Stuart. This role will have primary responsibility for maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure the effectiveness through workload allocation and control. This is a full-time role with a salary above 73,150 plus superannuation.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Develop detailed work plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including:
Prioritize work orders based on urgency, equipment criticality, and resource availability.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians to optimize work plans and ensure clarity.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common maintenance tasks

About you:

Trade background

Key Responsibilities
• Complete basic maintenance tasks, including day-to-day preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.

Mechanical / Electrical aptitude is essential
Previous experience with continuous high-speed processing and/or packaging equipment in a food production environment or relevant experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, a full-time opportunity currently exists for a Skilled Mechanical Fitter to ensure the availability, reliability and capability of plant assets in a beef processing operation in our JBS Longford Site.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

To ensure maximum equipment uptime is achieved by providing effective and efficient mechanical preventative and breakdown maintenance.
Engage in making, fitting or repairing mechanical machines, instruments or appliances.
Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out to meet the Company safety and housekeeping requirements and conforms to all relevant regulations.
Demonstrated ability to identify faults with the ability to troubleshoot and rectify problems.
Providing mechanical support to day shift and afternoon shift as required.

Mechanical trade qualifications and post-trade experience of a minimum of 2 years.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Planner with our Townsville site. This is a full-time position based in Stuart, QLD 4811.

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the integrity of all data in the CMMS system and the effective use of this data to achieve high efficiencies and effectiveness of the entire maintenance department at the facility in Stuart. This role will have primary responsibility for maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure the effectiveness through workload allocation and control. This is a full-time role with a salary of $90,000 - $120,000 including superannuation.
