• A good bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree from a recognized University, preferably in area of Architecture/ Engineering/Construction Management/ Quantity Surveyor, and registrable with the Board of Architectures (BOA) Singapore; Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore and/or Singapore Institute of Surveyor and Valuers respectively.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in construction project coordination, design management, contract administration, project management and defects management.
• Experience in consultancy services will also be considered.
• Experience in handling new building development or Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.
• Knowledge in local regulations; working knowledge of the authorities’ submission requirements.
• Resourceful with excellent communication skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and drive.
