As Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Analysis, the incumbent has responsibility for developing and coordinating VHA's national planning guidance, directing VHA's strategic planning efforts, and providing guidance and technical expertise to key VHA officials on matters relating to VA-wide health care facility infrastructure policy and strategies and for capital asset management within VHA.
